Craig "Hold the Hamburgers Please" 11 of 11	---	Craig invested his life’s savings into a fast food franchise in 1994. Learning to make hamburgers and clean restrooms to meet franchise standards wasn’t bad; but managing 13 teenagers who’d rather be anywhere but a hot kitchen on a Saturday night was a nightmare. In addition, the overhead was huge and the paperwork gruesome. Craig eventually realized that he didn’t really own this business -- it owned him. Craig has since relieved himself of the franchise and has turned his entrepreneurial spirit to a home-based business. Today, with zero employees and a monthly overhead of less than he used to pay for twenty cases of onion rings, Craig’s net profit will soon surpass his best month in the food business. Delicious!
